Terms and Conditions

Guests will be required to place a deposit of RM 200 or an equivalent amount in any currency.
In the event that the hotel becomes aware of damage to property or loss of possession, the hotel reserves the right to forfeit a relevant amount or more from the guest’s deposit depending on the damages.
Loss of room key is chargeable of RM 200.
Durians and Mangosteens are not permitted in the rooms and premises.
All of our apartments are non-smoking, if in the event that smoke smell & cigarette is detected we will issue a FINE of RM 1,000.
There will be a late check-out charge of RM 100/hour after 12:30 pm.
NON-REFUNDABLE for a shorten stay.
if exceed the room occupancy, there will be chargers RM 50 person (after 11pm).
Our Liability for money or valuables is governed by the innkeepers Ordinance 1952.
The management will not be responsible for valuables left or lost in the room.
